This page explains how data is handled on the MotionLLM Assistant website and account portal.
Last updated: October 27, 2026.
1. Operator and contact
MotionLLM Assistant is operated by Yuri Vieira de Aguiar, the individual responsible for decisions about processing data on this website and account portal. For questions or requests about your data, email yuri.vieira.a@gmail.com. We may request information to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
2. Data we process
- Account: email address when provided by the sign-in method, name or display name, account identifier, and profile creation and update dates.
- Authentication: data needed for registration, sign-in, password recovery, and session maintenance. If you choose Google or Epic Games, we receive the account data provided for that sign-in; the basic Epic profile provides an identifier and display name, without an email address. Firebase Authentication processes passwords; they are not stored in the Firestore profile.
- Technical data: services that deliver and protect the site may process IP addresses, browser information, and access logs for operation, security, and abuse prevention.
- Contact: if you write to us, we process your email address and message content to respond.
- Credits and purchases: account identifier, welcome bonus, credit balance and history; for purchases, checkout and payment references, pack, amount, currency, date, and refund status. Stripe processes full card details in its hosted checkout; they are not stored in MotionLLM Assistant's Firestore.
- Cloud jobs: prompts, motion constraints, generation settings, job identifiers and states, usage and charge records, and generated result files needed to return the animation to the plugin.
Cloud generation starts in the Unreal plugin. The web portal manages sign-in, account information and credits.
3. Purposes
We use data to create and maintain your account, authenticate access, display and update your profile, grant the initial bonus, run and return requested cloud jobs, calculate credit usage, send requested password recovery emails, respond to messages, and protect the service from misuse. We record payments, credits, and refunds to handle requests and keep records needed for operations and legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. This version of the site does not integrate advertising or behavioral analytics tools.
4. Services and locations
We use Firebase Hosting to publish pages, Firebase Authentication for accounts and sign-in, Cloud Functions to complete Epic sign-in, and Cloud Firestore for profiles. Google provides these services. If you sign in with Google or Epic Games, that provider also participates in the process under its own policies.
This project's Cloud Firestore is in the São Paulo region (southamerica-east1). This does not mean all data remains in Brazil: Firebase Authentication processes data in the United States, and other services may operate on global infrastructure. Site fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Stripe processes checkout and may receive data needed for payment and fraud prevention under its own policy. MotionLLM Assistant receives the payment identifiers and events needed to add or remove credits. The 250 welcome credits are recorded directly in the internal balance, without a Stripe transaction. Cloud jobs use Google Cloud services for the API, queue and private result storage, and Vast.ai GPU infrastructure for generation. Job data may be processed outside Brazil. We may also share information when needed to meet legal obligations or protect rights.
5. Sessions, security, and retention
The portal uses browser storage needed to maintain authentication. External sign-in services may use their own session technologies. You can sign out through the portal and manage stored browser data in your browser settings.
We use per-user profile access controls, HTTPS, and provider security features. No system offers absolute security.
We retain account data while the account is active and for any additional period needed for legal obligations, resolving requests, or protecting rights. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the contact in section 1; deletion is not yet automatic through the portal.
Generated result downloads expire 24 hours after a successful job. Private result objects are configured for deletion after two days; job and usage records may be retained longer for accounting, support, security and legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request information about processing, access, correction, portability where applicable, anonymization or deletion where provided by law, information about sharing, and objection to processing where applicable. Email yuri.vieira.a@gmail.com; we will review your request under applicable law.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as the site, portal, or services change. The current version will remain on this page with its update date. Material changes to data processing will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
